- Items must be returned with all included accessories or tags intact

Receive Prepaid Shipping Label
We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label via email (USA only). -
Pack the Item Securely
Use the original packaging if possible. -
Drop it Off
Send it via FedEx, UPS, or DHL using the provided label.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email and proceed to process your refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

We’ve got you covered.
- Midnight Drip Supply pays for return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States.
- For returns initiated outside of the approved window or under exceptional conditions, shipping costs may apply (case-by-case basis).

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
However, you may:
- Return the item for a full refund (if eligible)
