All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar) only.

We do not store your full card information on our servers.
⏱ 3. Payment Processing
- Your payment is processed at the time of order placement.
- You will receive an email confirmation with your receipt immediately after a successful transaction.
- In rare cases, if payment fails or is declined by your provider, you will be notified to reattempt or use an alternate method.
💵 4. Pricing and Promotions
All prices listed on our website are in USD and include applicable sales tax, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust pricing due to errors or market changes
- End or modify promotional offers at any time without notice
- Cancel orders placed with pricing or promotional errors (you will be notified and refunded)

- You will receive a digital receipt via email upon placing an order.

- All invoices reflect the amount paid, method of payment, and date of purchase.
🔄 6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Returns must follow our Return Policy.
- If a refund is approved, funds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 7. Failed or Unauthorized Transactions
In the event of:
- A declined payment
- A suspected fraudulent transaction
- A chargeback or reversal by your bank
We may:
- Cancel your order
- Limit or block access to future transactions

🌐 8. Taxes and Duties
- Sales tax is applied where applicable within the USA.
- We do not currently ship internationally, so import duties and international VAT do not apply.
🔁 9. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
At this time, Midnight Drip Supply does not offer subscriptions or auto-renewals. All purchases are one-time transactions.
If subscription billing is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and users will be notified.
