Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated total time from order to delivery: approximately 6–10 business days (1–2 days processing + 5–8 days transit).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high-volume periods (such as holidays), or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@midnightdripsupply.com and we will do our best to update it before it ships.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Midnightdripsupply is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@midnightdripsupply.com and we will help you look into it.
Order Changes and Cancellations
