Refund policy
At Midnightdripsupply, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we've made returns simple and free.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
No final sale items — with the exception of items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase, all products qualify for return under this policy.
Free Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping. You won't be charged a shipping fee to send your item back to us.
No Restocking Fee
There are no restocking fees on any returns. The full price you paid for the item will be refunded — we don't deduct anything for processing your return.
How to Start a Return

- You can also reach us through our Contact Us page.
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you that we've received it and let you know whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer or payment provider's policies.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item (once accepted) and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at support@midnightdripsupply.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
